Location: the hotel was just next door to a large shopping center "Shopping Center Norte ", São Paulo for a trade show at Centre Norte and a large shopping mall. I booked well-equipped room with a safe, television, and a mini fridge bar. I interacted with the very amiable staff.

Great and fairly decent accommodation with excellent setting not far from Expo Center Norte, and the city center😃🙂😃

Wi-Fi was slow.

We had a comfortable stay in a long time. Descent hotel where a good breakfast was served. The room was brand-new and large with spacious bathroom and climate control, a safe, and multi-channel TV. The location was perfect and magnificent: shopping centers and a big shopping mall were within walking distance.

Some people working there were not very friendly.

I had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the big shower was a nice bonus. The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall, which was just a short walk away. The bar area and restaurant served delicious meals at reasonable prices. The hotel staff were friendly and always ready to assist, making my stay even more enjoyable. Despite a few minor issues, such as the lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in São Paulo. I had a great experience and would happily return.

The hotel is pefekt for the exebision

Comfortable hotel. Good acces from highway. Very good bathroom and good airco that is not too noisy. In wintertime the pool area lacks sun. After noon the fun is over. Unbelievable why the choose the eastside as location. Windows cannot be fully opened. One must buy a screw driver to remove the screw and open it.

The value for money at Novotel was excellent, with spacious rooms and great amenities. The hotel's location was convenient, with the expo center and shopping center just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing guidance on exploring the city.

Breakfast items could be improved with a wider variety of choices.

Convenient location near a popular expo center, shopping center, and metro station. Safe atmosphere with a family-friendly lobby and kids play area. Comfortable bar area with lounge chairs. Spacious rooms with good value for money.

The hotel is just a 15-20 min taxi ride from the airport. Room was big and comfortable. We stayed for 1 nigth as a stop-over.

Not so close to the downtown but easy to find and close to the main road.

I loved the spaciousness of the rooms and the friendly bar staff. The hotel is conveniently located just a short 2-minute walk from the Expo Center and a shopping center with great dining options. The hotel also offers easy access to public transportation, with the metro station only a 10-minute walk away. Additionally, it was always easy to find a taxi right outside the hotel.
